Jen

Jen is a devoted mother of three, an experienced educational consultant, and a passionate advocate for executive function (EF) coaching. Graduating magna cum laude with a BA in psychology from Lynchburg College, and over two decades of experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring, she aspires to support, understand, equip, and empower her students. Jen supports middle, high school, and young adults with evidence-based strategies aimed at building the EF skills necessary for navigating life with greater ease. Jen believes executive functioning isn’t about willpower ~ it’s about the brain’s ability to plan, prioritize, and regulate actions. Jen offers genuine connection through neuro-affirming coaching and personalized support. Her nurturing approach helps young learners harness their unique gifts, develop and grow as individuals, feel empowered to overcome challenges, and tap into their full potential. Whether guiding students through academic challenges or helping them plan for their future, she equips them with the tools to set goals, approach life's adventures with clarity, and celebrate the small successes along the way.

Her travels to over 20 countries while studying abroad in college broadened her perspective and deepened her passion for people and teaching. After struggling to find the right support for her loved ones, Jen turned her frustration into a mission-driven purpose, specializing in supporting the often misunderstood neurodiverse community, including those with ADHD and dyslexia. She tailors her EF sessions to meet the unique needs of her clients, integrating holistic tools that include EF strategies, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and screen time management, ensuring both physical and mental wellness. Jen’s mission is to create meaningful change by instilling good habits in her clients that pave the way to transformative results. She is intentional in helping individuals develop a strong sense of unconditional self-worth—honoring various learning and processing styles.

Outside of her work, Jen cherishes time with her husband, three children, and their beloved dogs. She finds joy in skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, photography, and traveling. A lover of live music, good food, and Colorado’s great outdoors, she embraces every moment with gratitude—bringing the same passion and energy to her work as she does to life.
