Reandra is a certified teacher with a reading teacher endorsement. She has ten years of experience in Douglas County and Westminster Public Schools. She has taught kindergarten, first and third grade and served as her school’s K-5 literacy and math interventionist. She has experience working with a wide array of students including students on IEPs and 504s, as well as students with ADD/ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and gifted and talented students.

Reandra has a bachelor of science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education from Colorado State University. She received a master of arts in Responsive Literacy from the University of Colorado. She has recently been trained in Structured Literacy (a program based on the science of reading) by the Colorado Department of Education.

Reandra enjoys developing relationships with her students in order to best understand how they learn and help them reach their full potential. She believes in regular progress monitoring and individualized support for each student. In her free time, she loves to read, bake, run and spend time with her husband and son.
