Alberto is a sophomore at Colorado School of Mines pursuing a degree in Quantitative Biosciences and Engineering (QBE). He plans on obtaining a masters in QBE before heading to medical school. Alberto has taken a variety of courses at Mines, and plans on applying what he has learned to his tutoring. He enjoyed chemistry, biology, and math in high school and has greatly developed his skills in these subjects at Mines. He is looking forward to helping students with the STEM subjects for which he has a passion. In his free time, Alberto enjoys running, hiking, and being outside, and he is also part of the Mines cross country and track teams.
